Icon on your website - may we use it?

We are starting a Quilting Guild called the "East Lake Simcoe Quilters" in Beaverton, Ontario, Canada with 20 women, and would like to use the beautiful quilt icon under "the winners from the quilt show in Paducah" on your website - the multi-colored "mariners compass quilt".
We would like to put it on our membership name tags and other places with our name "East Lake Simcoe Quilters". We wanted a lake/water theme and this lovely quilt square is perfect.
May I take it off the internet and use it, or could you tell me who to get in touch with to get permission?

Hi Pam!
You're terrific!
I have had a particularly rough couple of weeks...my daughter has been having medical problems...you know how moms get when their kids are having problems. And I'm no different.
So when I opened my emails yesterday, your request brought a smile to my face and my heart. It's always nice to hear when someone likes something that you've created. Thank you!
The quilt you inquired about is mine and the photograph is mine, so I am happily giving you my permission to use the image for your guild.
If you need one, a larger picture can be found on the my page called
Mariner's Compass Quilt.
The pattern is by Judy Mathieson from her book, "Mariner's Compass Quilts - New Directions". I believe it's now out of print, but you can purchase a used copy of the book from Amazon.
It's all paper pieced except for appliqueing the center circle and then setting the compass into the background fabric. Your guild members may want to make it for themselves. I totally give the pattern a thumbs-up!
I'm glad you like the quilt. I appreciate that you asked to use it. And I'm thankful for the smile!
Enjoy!
Piecefully,

P.S. I do have pages on the site where you can list your quilt guild so that others can find you.
