Love the stitch, when I remember to do everything perfect.

Not impressed with the size of the throat/harp area.

Dealer is okay. But I took my machine in for its free yearly maintenance. I had some questions for the tech, who was not there that day. And the next thing I had one of the store employees tried to sign me up for a class.

I agree that for the price Bernina should improve. They are losing their good name.

In today market place we buyers are not willing to be lead down that road 'it's our fault'.

The new machines are a tech nightmare. The most important part stitching is the quality. It does not matter about bells and whistles.

So if a manufacturer doesn't make that it's number one priority all the good stuff the machine can do is lost.

So to me that's comes down to threading and tension. Because that's everything.
