BABYLOCK JAZZ II

by Karen
(Irwin, Pa)

Purchased my Jazz July, 2020. Has never correctly stitched.

The place I purchased were very sweet in trying to help make adjustments but to take for service is a 2 1/2 hour drive to have them look at it.

Can not use at all so its a giant paperweight. Something about the plates or discs internally are not correct. And this is right out of box.

All I want to do is be able to quilt with no bells and whistles. So now I wait to get this repaired and it's a month old. I can always trade it in but the next machine up is over $3000 and I don't get what I paid for it. Frustrated to say the least.

Have been sewing for 20 years and have never had a problem with a machine like this. See what happens when I buy new and not used.

Bought my Jazz 2 the first of this year and have had all sorts of problems. Thread breaks constantly!!!! The needle shaft was the wrong size, when I tried to put in a new needle had to call a repair man SEVERAL times.

Extremely disappointed in this machine.

Thread breaks with Baby Lock Jazz 2 on a frame only!

Why does my Baby Lock Jazz2 break threads only when it is on a frame? It’s fine when it’s not on a frame?

I bought a Jazz2 a week ago for the throat space and quilting. Went online and followed through the get to know your Jazz.

Then started some simple pajama pants. Went back to finish them the next day and the machine was running backward. It ran the material towards me instead of away from me.

I used this machine for maybe 2 hours. Took it to the shop. They said the reverse button is stuck.

Now I am without a machine for a week. It also ran by itself, without a foot on the pedal.

Very disappointed.
